Our longarm machine is operated by trained professional that is truly amazing! However, as humans, we can occasionally make mistakes. Rest assured, our team always strives to ensure your quilts turn out beautifully.

Since this is can be a mail-in service, sending us your quilt means trusting our expertise and judgment. While we do our utmost to align with your vision, there may be instances where the result isn’t exactly as you imagined. In rare cases, machine malfunctions may occur, potentially causing damage. If this happens, we will inform you right away and work diligently to resolve the issue. Thank you for your trust and understanding.

We work quilts in the order in which they are received.

The quote provided is without the charges for thread and is based upon the accuracy of your inputs. $50 deposit required at checkout; the deposit will be taken off your final balance. We will bill you the remainder of this quote + thread cost + return shipping (if applicable) upon completion of your quilt.

Mail-In Service:

Please follow these instructions to ensure the safety of your quilt as it is transported to us.

Carefully Fold each layer of the top and back separately to minimize wrinkling. Wrap and seal your project in plastic to protect it from moisture which may be encountered during shipping.

We HIGHLY recommend you opt for insurance and tracking on your package from your shipping company. Upon arrival, we will inspect your quilt for any damages to make sure it arrived just as you packaged it!

Note: Do not store any quilted items long-term in plastic. This is precautionary and only for shipping.

Return Shipping from Calliope Quilts:

Your quilt be will be returned in protective plastic. To prevent deterioration, please remove immediately - do not store long term in plastic.

You will be billed for the return shipping on your final invoice.

Return shipments will be insured for $250. If you would like to have additional insurance, please let us know!
