From the designers who brought you the Mini Series comes a brand new installment, but with a twist! Presenting the Mini Series Alphabet! This fall, Alison Glass and Giucy Giuce will bring you a new take on their popular foundation paper pieced patterns.
Inspired by the Mini Series Alphabet, Soliloquy & Scrawl were designed specifically for the upcoming sew along, with a focus on super useful, small scale text prints. As with their last fabric collaboration, the collections work beautifully on their own, but together they make an even more spectacular spectrum of color.
The Mini Alphabet Sew Along will start on October 2nd and run for eight weeks.

The Mini Alphabet pattern is a follow-up to our other Mini Series patterns—this time as a patchwork alphabet. The letters come together quickly, allowing you to spell out whatever you like—it’s completely up to you! Or, follow our cover quilt design to create a timeless ABC quilt.
Focal Fabrics: Fat Eighth Bundle of a varitey of fabrics
Background: 5 yards
Backing: 4 yards
Binding: 1/2 yard
In general, a fat eighth bundle of around 35-40 fabrics or a fat quarter bundle of around 20-25 fabrics is a great starting point
Background fabric requirements will vary depending on the particular project. A solid guideline is about 1-1 1/2 yards of fabric to complete the background of 25 letter blocks.
