Bus Trip Policies

I release Calliope Quilts and Beyond Horizons Tour & Travel from all liability, costs, and damages which could arise from participation in the Bobbin Along Bus Trip. I agree to accept responsibility for the costs related to this emergency treatment.

To ensure a safe and comfortable journey for all passengers, we kindly request that all
travelers adhere to the following guidelines:

• Passengers must not interfere with the driver’s duties, tamper with vehicle equipment,
  or engage in any disruptive behavior.
• Beyond Horizons Tour & Travel reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or any individual whose behavior is disruptive to others.
• The driver may remove any passenger who engages in inappropriate or harmful conduct toward others or the vehicle.
• Beyond Horizons Tour & Travel will make reasonable efforts to assist in locating lost
  items, but we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
• Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited on all vehicles. The use of
  smokeless tobacco, chewing tobacco, or similar products is also not allowed. Alcohol
  consumption must be approved before departure.

I additionally give consent to Calliope Quilts to photograph and capture video during the event to be used in promotional materials and social media postings.
