Billing & Shipping Schedule
Billing & Shipping Schedule
We bill on the 1st of every month. Shipping is within 3-5 days (sometimes sooner!) of your completed payment. Check our BOM Calendar for more information.
Shipping Costs
Shipping Costs
We charge a flat rate shipping cost of $5 per month. If you pay for your BOM in full, you will be billed the shipping costs for the entire duration of the BOM at checkout.
In-Store Pickup is always FREE!
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
- Non-Cancelable & Non-Refundable:
Once registered, your participation cannot be canceled and payments are non-refundable, as fabric and materials are reserved specifically for you for the full duration. - Exception Policy:
In the rare event that a cancellation is approved under special circumstances, a $50 cancellation fee will apply. Any materials already received or prepared remain non-refundable.
