Retreat Policies
- If you are responsible for damages to the GENEVA facilities and property, the cost of repairs for damages or excessive clean up will be billed to you.
- Use of alcohol, tobacco, drugs, sky lanterns, fireworks or firearms is prohibited at GENEVA.
- Pets of any kind are not allowed on site, unless an individual requires the assistance of a guide dog or another service animal.
Quiet Hours
- GENEVA observes our township’s 11:00pm – 7:00am noise curfew throughout our campus for the sake of other guests and our neighbors.
- Noise shall be kept to reasonable levels so as not to disturb the quite, comfort, or peace of other guests or neighbors and shall not be audible beyond common areas and your reserved meeting and lodging spaces during this time frame.
- Amplified sound is not permitted during the noise curfew timeframe.
Health Policies
Your health and safety are our top priority. Calliope Quilts will comply with state and local orders while following CDC, Ottawa County & Allegan County Board of Health, and Michigan Board of Health guidelines with regard to social distancing, face coverings, capacity and vaccinations. You acknowledge and agree that there is an inherent risk associated with events and Calliope Quilts shall not be responsible for any illness to persons of your household, family, social circle or yourself, any corresponding damage, claim, or expense, of any kind, that you, your family members, your household, or social circle may experience or incur in connection with contracting COVID-19 as a result of visiting the quilting retreat.
Cancellation & Payment Policies:
- You may cancel your trip and receive a refund until December 4, 2024. After December 4, 2024 any money paid toward your trip is non-refundable.
- $150 deposit is due upon booking to hold your spot. Your remaining balance of $225 will automatically charged to your card on file on March 1, 2025.
- If you find yourself unable to attend the event after the non-refundable period, you may sell your ticket or allow another person to take your spot. Please contact Tara Pezzino at (616) 379-9319.
