The 1611 Union Street quilt is made of fairly large pieces and is deceptively easy to assemble with no Y seams! All the dimensional magic happens with three shades in each color, light, medium, and dark. Choose the building colors, then add the wow factor with striped buildings throughout. Achieve a complicated architectural look without all the fussy piecing. This pattern is fully illustrated at each step with color diagrams for clarity and ease in completion. Shipped Policy: Please contact within 3 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of your return, less any shipping cost we incurred related to the purchase. Unless it is our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
