Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, but delays may occur due to weather, holidays or unforeseen circumstances. 

In-Store Pickup Orders are usually ready within 24 hours!

At the present time, we only ship to the United States & Canada.

Shipped Policy: Please contact within 3 days of delivery.  Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of your return, less any shipping cost we incurred related to the purchase.  Unless it is our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping. 

In-Store Policy: Must be returned within 30 days of purchase with original receipt.

Additional Policies:

Fabric: Fabric should be in its original sealed package, uncut, unwashed clean condition and free of perfumes, pet or smoke odors. 

Notions: Should be in its original sealed packaging.

All sales are final on books, patterns, pre-orders and custom orders.
